Bespoke Irish Tour Planning Service
Planning an Irish vacation can be overwhelming. With my local knowledge and experience, I can create a personalised itinerary tailored to your interests, travel style, and timeframe.
I offer a bespoke itinerary planning service for trips of up to 12 days. The planning fee is fully refundable if you subsequently book me as your private Driver/Guide.
From the Wild Atlantic Way to the Hidden Heartlands, the Ancient East and Northern Ireland’s Causeway Coastal Route, I know this island intimately and would be delighted to help you plan your journey.
How It Works
Complete the Enquiry Form here. Tell me about your travel dates, interests, any family connections you would like to explore, places you would like to visit, and any existing bookings or commitments already made.

The more information you provide at this stage, the more personalised and accurate your itinerary will be.
Personal Planning Consultation takes place where we review your Enquiry Form and have a detailed discussion to plan your trip.
Based on the detail discussed during our Zoom Consultation I will prepare your Itinerary and send you a payment link.
Your draft itinerary will include:
· Recommended destinations and experiences
· Route planning
· Realistic travel times
· Suggested overnight locations
· Recommendations to enhance your Irish experience
Schedule a follow-up consultation for any amendments/adjustments. Your itinerary planning service includes one additional Zoom revision session should you wish to make further refinements after reviewing the final itinerary. Any additional revisions beyond this session may be subject to an additional planning fee.
Securing Your Tour Dates
To secure your tour dates, a deposit of 25% of the total tour fee is required.
The remaining balance is payable 90 days prior to the tour start date.
Important Information
The itinerary planning service covers the design and preparation of your personalised itinerary. Unless otherwise agreed, accommodation, attraction tickets, restaurant reservations, and other bookings are not included.
Recommendations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
